Refund Policy
Clear, fair, and honest — our approach to refunds and cancellations.
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our work. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, or if we make a significant error, we will fix it at no additional charge or provide an appropriate refund. We do not hide behind fine print.
2. Free Discovery Call
Our initial 30-minute discovery call is completely free of charge. There is no cost and nothing to refund. You are under no obligation to engage us after the call.
3. Project-Based Services
Our services are custom, bespoke engagements. Because we allocate specific time and resources to each client, the following refund schedule applies based on when a cancellation or dispute arises:

The "percentage complete" will be determined jointly by EvolveNow and the client based on the milestones or deliverables defined in the project agreement.
4. Monthly Support & Retainer Plans
For ongoing monthly support or retainer arrangements:
- You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 14 days' written notice.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has begun.
- We do not charge cancellation fees or lock-in penalties beyond the current billing period.
5. Quality Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered project, we ask that you:
- Raise the issue in writing to hello@evolvenow.tech within 14 days of delivery
- Clearly describe how the deliverable falls short of the agreed specification
We will review your concern promptly and, where valid, will either:
- Revise the deliverable at no additional cost to meet the agreed specification, or
- Offer a partial or full refund if we are unable to remedy the issue to the agreed standard
Quality disputes raised after 14 days of delivery, or relating to scope changes made after the original agreement, will not qualify for a refund.
6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If EvolveNow is unable to complete a project due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure), we will refund a fair portion of fees paid relative to the work not yet delivered. We will communicate proactively in any such situation.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registrations, software licences, advertising spend)
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Fees for completed work that met the agreed specification
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@evolvenow.tech with:
- Your full name and company name
- The project or invoice reference
- The reason for the refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Our Guarantee
We are confident in our work and our process. If something isn't right, we would always rather fix it than have an unhappy client. Please reach out before escalating — the vast majority of concerns are resolved quickly and amicably.
